Responsibilities

Identifies case resolution options, and guides implementation of the case plan by coordinating the efforts of the Financial Analyst, Case Diagnostic Specialist, and Tax Professional.

Performs the Case Solutions meeting with Taxpayer to thoroughly explain strategy for resolution.

Directs client be provided frequent case updates throughout the resolution process via phone, email, text and other means.

In complex cases, drafts and prepares correspondence to IRS and clients.

Conducts frequent reviews for each resolution file to ensure cases are being resolved efficiently and cost-effectively for the client.

Monitors and updates case management database, case calendars, and deadlines

Analyzes Taxing Authority correspondence to accurately direct appropriate response.
