Responsibilities
Gather requirements from business stakeholders to understand transportation management needs and pain points.
Design and implement SAP TM solutions tailored to meet specific business objectives and align with supply chain processes.
Configure SAP TM modules, including transportation planning, order management, freight order execution, and charge management.
Customize and configure SAP TM settings and features such as Transportation Planning and Execution, Carrier Selection, and Freight Management.
Develop and implement custom enhancements, reports, or interfaces as needed using SAP Fiori or SAP ABAP, ensuring the SAP TM system aligns with business workflows.
Collaborate with other SAP teams to integrate SAP TM with other SAP modules like SAP ERP, SAP Extended Warehouse Management (EWM), and SAP S/4HANA.
Ensure seamless data flow between SAP TM and external systems (e.g., CRM or third-party logistics providers) using BAPIs, IDOCs, and other integration methods.
Train end-users and provide documentation on using SAP TM, covering system navigation, workflows, and troubleshooting.
Offer post-implementation support, resolve end-user issues, and ensure system stability.
