Required
Minimum of five years of successful experience selling solutions to the transportation industry
Knowledge of the accounts in the region
Understanding of what motivates customers to buy
Ability to tap into customer needs effectively
Experience in maintaining sales volume and product mix
Ability to contribute to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed
Experience in planning to ensure achievement of divisional and personal targets, aligning with company sales policies and strategies
Ability to develop, maintain, and execute a territory plan
Experience in preparing reporting as needed
