Responsibilities
New Business Acquisition: Identify, qualify, and close new business opportunities by prospecting and engaging with potential clients.
Consultative Sales: Act as a trusted advisor to prospects, understanding their unique challenges and demonstrating how MicroMain's CMMS/EAM solutions can address their needs.
Pipeline Management: Develop and manage a robust sales pipeline to consistently achieve sales targets.
Collaboration: Work closely with the marketing and product teams to provide insights from the field and support strategic initiatives.
Market Research: Stay current with industry trends and competitors, identifying potential areas for MicroMain's growth and differentiation.

Required
Minimum of 3 years in a sales role, with a strong focus on new business acquisition.
Demonstrated track record of meeting or exceeding sales quotas in previous roles.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills, with the ability to build rapport quickly.
Comfortable with CRM software and other sales tools.
Preferred
Prior experience with CMMS or EAM software experience isn't required.
Additional familiarity with facility management, maintenance operations, or similar industries is a plus.
Familiarity with digital sales strategies is a plus.
