Responsibilities
Lead CMMC compliance initiatives and oversee the implementation of CMMC 2.0 requirements – Enterprise Global environment.
Develop a comprehensive, company-wide CMMC compliance plan.
Draft, update, and enforce cybersecurity policies and procedures tailored to CMMC standards.
Collaborate with stakeholders to provide guidance on CMMC best practices and requirements.
Manage cloud security efforts, with a focus on transitioning from OCI to Microsoft Azure.
Deliver presentations, training, and workshops on CMMC compliance and cybersecurity practices.
Work closely with Windows Server and Azure environments, leveraging Microsoft technologies for compliance.

Required
Minimum of 10 years in Cybersecurity, with 1-4 years of hands-on CMMC experience.
Proven track record of guiding organizations through CMMC certification, preferably CMMC 2.0.
Strong expertise in Microsoft technologies, including Windows Servers and Azure.
Experience with policy creation, documentation, and compliance management for global enterprises.
Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to train, present, and influence stakeholders.
