Responsibilities

Client Management : Build trusted relationships by listening to client objectives, crafting compelling proposals, engaging in consultative discussions, and ensuring clear communication to meet client needs.

Research Leadership : Lead the design and execution of studies, develop protocols and statistical analysis plans, and conduct both quantitative and qualitative research. This includes creating complex survey tools, analyzing data, and producing actionable, insight-rich reports.

Compliance and Collaboration : Work with compliance on study protocols, IRB submissions, and collaborate with data analytics to ensure rigorous standards for publication-quality research.

Innovation and Self-Leadership : Contribute to methodological innovation, stay updated on market trends, and support KJT’s thought leadership by participating in conferences and other industry activities.

Required

Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (e.g., business, psychology, economics) with 10+ years of professional experience, or an advanced degree with 6+ years of experience.

6+ years of industry experience in real-world evidence (RWE) or healthcare market research, ideally in primary research.

Strong research and analytical skills

Experience in real-world evidence generation

Excellent communication and presentation skills

Proficiency in data analysis and interpretation

Project management expertise

Ability to work independently and collaboratively

Knowledge of the life sciences industry
