Responsibilities
Mentor and support your team members, ensuring they have the resources, knowledge, and motivation to succeed
Provide regular feedback, training, and career development opportunities to help your team grow
Guide your team in creating compelling ad copy for Google campaigns, optimizing for engagement, clicks, and conversions. Ensure that creative messaging aligns with client branding and objectives
Develop and implement comprehensive paid strategies for your own book of accounts to increase brand visibility and recognition, and drive new user acquisition and leads via but not limited to, paid Google and Bing campaigns.
Align strategies with clients' business goals to drive measurable results month-over-month
Dive deep into client brands to best understand key value proposition, products, and aesthetic
Utilize Google Ads, Google Analytics, and Shopify data to analyze campaign performance, identify trends, and provide actionable insights to optimize results.
Regularly monitor campaigns to ensure performance goals are met and recommend adjustments where needed.
Compile and communicate regular performance reports to clients, translating complex data into clear, actionable insights.
Serve as the primary point of contact for clients on Google Ads-related matters. Regularly communicate updates, campaign progress, and challenges, and proactively suggest new opportunities for campaign growth
Manage timelines for client onboarding, campaign launches, and ongoing account maintenance. Ensure all deliverables are completed on time and that clients’ expectations are met
Conduct thorough competitive analysis to identify trends, strategies, and market shifts. Use this information to stay ahead of competitors and suggest fresh strategies to improve campaign performance
Surface new digital technologies developments, trends, techniques, and tools to leadership

Required
5-7+ years of eCommerce Google PPC Search and Shopping experience
Proven ability managing a team of 3-5+ Google Specialists
Ability to interpret data to proactively identify and solve problems
Proficiency in Google Analytics in an eCommerce setting
Communication skills - the kind where your message gets through to any audience
Creative problem-solving capabilities: think outside the box, inside the box, and all around the box
Ability to prioritize the priorities at the moment, know what you need to do and when you need to do it
Collaborate effectively in a team environment
Integrity, optimism, and respect regardless of the situation - non-negotiable
Google Ads: 3 years (required)
Preferred
