Responsibilities
Establish scalable and repeatable customer success strategies
Architect comprehensive strategies to drive customer expansion, retention, and ensure sustained loyalty
Evaluate customer feedback and bring data-backed recommendations to the product and content team
Collaborate with sales team & ensure smooth handoff for onboarding and relationship management
Hire, onboard, and manage team of customer success associates to achieve retention KPIs
Meet key Customer Success KPIs, including GRR and NRR

Required
4+ years in customer success operations or customer success leadership roles, preferably in SaaS space
Strong understanding of the SaaS business model and familiarity with customer success methodologies and best practices
Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities with proficiency in data analysis and using insights to drive strategy innovation
Customer-centric approach with a deep commitment to delivering exceptional customer experiences in driving customer success
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams and engage with customers
Proven leadership qualities to build, develop, and lead a team, fostering a positive and performance-driven culture
Ability to thrive in a dynamic startup environment, demonstrating adaptability, resilience, and willingness to take initiative
Experience with Salesforce, Hubspot, Excel, and project management
