Responsibilities
Implement technical solutions in Collibra, including data catalog and application integrations.
Gather requirements, perform scoping and discovery, and translate business requirements into technical requirements.
Develop integrations using REST APIs to extract metadata from Oracle and other source systems.
Work closely with Deloitte partners and internal teams to understand data extraction methods and ensure alignment with existing implementations.
Coordinate with vendors on issues and feature requests, staying up to date on new Collibra features and products, including Java and REST APIs.

Required
3-4 years of programming experience.
3-4 years of experience in enterprise software application development.
Experience with Groovy programming, REST API development, and Python programming.
Experience in data quality and reference data management.
Experience with GitHub or similar version control systems.
Familiarity with Agile methodologies.
Preferred
Preferred experience with Collibra development or similar data governance software.
Experience with Flowable or similar workflow automation tools.
Clear understanding of the assigned functional area and the data being managed, including its implications downstream to other systems, processes, and applications.
Knowledge of the business rules for the relevant functional areas.
Excellent oral, verbal, and written communication skills.
Strong meeting facilitation and presentation skills.
Ability to communicate effectively with diverse people at various organization levels with the right level of detail and cultural sensitivity.
Flexible and open to new ideas with the ability to understand things from corporate, regional, and local perspectives while maintaining customer focus.
Proven ability to work in an ambiguous environment; self-motivated to work in an independent and collaborative mode.
Ability to build strong relationships with peers and leaders by building trust and credibility; strong collaboration skills.
Active listening skills to understand business needs and steer the business team to make decisions that have enterprise-wide impact.
Effectively influence a team of individuals without reporting authority to achieve goals and meet deadlines.
Experience working in data governance preferred.
Experience working in a healthcare environment preferred.
General knowledge of healthcare operations, ERP data management, the interrelationship of systems, and how technology enables business processes preferred.
Intermediate to advanced knowledge of backend database configuration and processes.
Proficient in advanced Google Suite skills (Docs, Sheets, Slides).
