Responsibilities

Maintain Salesforce configuration, customization, and performance
Customize and configure Salesforce and FinancialForce/ PSA to meet the specific needs of the organization
Develop and maintain custom objects, fields, record types, and page layouts
Create and manage automation processes using workflow rules, process builder, and flows
Maintain and manage Salesforce Sandbox environments and development life cycle
Monitor system performance and conduct routine maintenance tasks
Stay informed about Salesforce updates and new features, implementing them as needed
Provide user support and training
Provide user support, troubleshoot issues, and resolve user-reported problems promptly
Conduct training sessions and create documentation to ensure effective use of Salesforce and FinancialForce/ PSA by all team members
Monitor and maintain data management
Maintain data quality by enforcing data validation rules, duplicate management, and data cleanup activities
Regularly backup and restore data as needed
Collaborate across project teams
Collaborate with cross-functional teams and business process owners to gather and document business requirements and translate them into Salesforce solutions
Responsible for facilitating the development of test cases, supporting user acceptance testing (UAT), and quality assurance (QA)
Monitor integrations, third-party tools, and security
Maintain integration between Salesforce and other systems and applications, including Concur, and Sage Intacct connectors
Manage and configure third-party Salesforce apps and tools
Implement and maintain security policies, roles, profiles, and permission sets
Ensure compliance with data security and privacy regulations
Develop reports and dashboards
Create and customize reports and dashboards to provide actionable insights for management and teams
Implement Salesforce Advanced Analytics tools to enable the business with accurate, real-time Business Intelligence for data-driven decisions

Required

Experience as an IT professional with Salesforce Administrator certification (additional certifications, such as Advanced Administrator or Developer, are a plus)
Salesforce operations or a similar role with strong knowledge of Salesforce configuration, customization, and administration, including custom objects and tools like FinancialForce/ PSA
Experience with Business Intelligence tools and analytics
Familiarity with Apex, Visual force, and Lightning components
Firm grasp of CRM & PSA operations best practices
Excellent communication, problem-solving skills, project management skills, and a strong ability to prioritize
Ability to navigate and serve diverse and complex stakeholders
Experience working collaboratively in team environments that require strong interpersonal skills amongst diverse populations while demonstrating emotional intelligence
Demonstrated ability to take initiative—while remaining calm under pressure, identifying and acting upon the critical few tasks when faced with competing priorities
Resourceful problem solver who can anticipate and adjust for unexpected barriers to success
Excellent customer service skills and comfortable working to deadlines
