Responsibilities
Financial Projections: Develop and maintain accurate financial projections based on the organization's goals, funding sources, and expenditure patterns.
Cash Flow Management: Monitor and track cash flow, ensuring timely disbursement of funds for operational needs, victim support, and collaborative efforts within the community.
Financial Planning: Engage in comprehensive financial planning, including budgeting, forecasting, and analysis, to support the organization's short-term and long-term objectives.
Financial Strengths and Weaknesses Analysis: Conduct in-depth analysis of MVP Task Force's financial strengths and weaknesses, identify potential risks, and propose mitigation strategies.
Strategic Financial Direction: Collaborate with the leadership team to propose strategic financial directions that align with the organization's mission and objectives. Provide recommendations on funding opportunities, cost-saving measures, and revenue generation initiatives.
Compliance and Reporting: Ensure compliance with financial regulations, reporting requirements, and funding restrictions. Prepare accurate and timely financial reports for internal and external stakeholders.
Collaborative Engagement: Work closely with other departments and external partners to coordinate financial resources effectively. Foster partnerships and collaborations to enhance the financial sustainability of MVP Task Force.

Required
Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field
Proven experience in financial management, budgeting, and financial analysis within the non-profit sector
Strong knowledge of financial regulations, compliance standards, and reporting requirements
Excellent analytical skills with the ability to assess complex financial data and propose strategic solutions
Effective communication skills to collaborate with diverse stakeholders, both internal and external
Passionate about the mission of MVP Task Force and committed to making a difference in the fight against human trafficking, sextortion, and child exploitation
