Responsibilities

Handle complex licensing requirements such as preparation of applications and any documentation required for compliance with appropriate governing authorities for all client needs of the company;

Communicate, consult, and correspond with all levels of stakeholders both internally and externally to include attorneys, senior business leaders, and state/municipal regulators;

Maintain working knowledge of systems used for tracking and maintaining licensure to include data entry and basic reporting to identify trends and patterns in licensing needs and growth;

All other duties as assigned.

Required

Previous experience in licensing, insurance, or related field

Willingness to build expertise in specialty areas of licensing and compliance with an eagerness to learn new things

Proficiency with Excel

Possess exceptional attention to detail, strong judgment, confidence and collaborative problem-solving skills

Effective time management skills and the ability to schedule and prioritize work and deliverables to ensure on-time response to a large variety of changing demands & requirements

Ability to read, write, analyze and interpret instructions, documents and regulations

Demonstrates flexibility, composure and nimble-thinking when business conditions or goals change

Highly organized and digs for detailed understanding to thoroughly comprehend the issues and implications of potential actions and solutions

Self-motivated, with a strong work ethic

Excellent written and verbal communication skills and the ability to work well with business colleagues and external partners to win their confidence without compromising responsibilities as an agent of Asurion

Preferred

College degree strongly preferred

Experience with SharePoint

Occasional travel may be required

No insurance license necessary
