Responsibilities

Build and code enterprise-class SAAS products and web based applications using Drupal

Resolve complex issues reported on existing production systems

Create both decoupled, single page and traditional web applications powered by Drupal

Collaborate extensively with our front-end team at every stage of development

Partner with other IT teams to seamlessly integrate web sites with Pega’s enterprise systems

Work with the test automation and UX team to implement continuous regression test suites

Learn development best practices via training and peer programming

Build tools and processes to enhance the team’s workflow

Craft documentation for system implementors and consumers

Communicate effectively with project managers, product owners, and development team members to facilitate understanding of deliverables, estimates, and prioritization.

Required

Four-year degree or equivalent experience

5+ years PHP/SQL development experience with a content management system

2+ years of Drupal experience

2+ years experience with git, SSH and command line

2+ years experience with agile software development and Scrum

Strong technical skills and a tenacious approach to problem solving

Passion for learning, applying and sharing new technologies

A commitment to collaboration and teamwork in all facets of development

Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a cross-functional team
