Responsibilities
Lead and manage healthcare-related digital projects from initiation through completion, ensuring delivery on time, within scope, and on budget.
Utilize Waterfall, Agile, and hybrid project management methodologies to effectively manage project timelines and resources.
Develop and maintain detailed project plans, schedules, and budgets.
Coordinate with cross-functional teams, including digital product managers, developers, designers, and business stakeholders, to deliver integrated digital solutions.
Drive the execution of digital initiatives, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and patient-centric outcomes.
Provide ongoing communication and status updates to stakeholders, highlighting project progress, risks, and mitigation strategies.
Track project milestones and deliverables, adjusting schedules and resources as necessary to meet deadlines.
Utilize Jira to track project tasks, manage workflows, and ensure team accountability.
Collaborate with technical and non-technical teams to identify and resolve project roadblocks.
Support the implementation of new digital tools, with a focus on improving healthcare delivery and patient experience.
Ensure adherence to healthcare compliance standards and regulatory requirements (e.g., HIPAA, HITRUST).

Required
Mid to senior-level experience (3-7+ years) managing healthcare projects, ideally within a digital transformation context.
Proven track record of successfully implementing healthcare projects using a hybrid Agile/Waterfall methodology.
Strong experience with Jira, including managing project workflows, tracking issues, and generating reports.
Familiarity with digital healthcare tools and platforms is required; experience with Epic scheduling tools is a plus.
Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to effectively engage with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Problem-solving mindset with a focus on delivering solutions in a fast-paced and complex environment.
Preferred
Experience working in a healthcare IT environment, specifically in digital experience or patient experience projects.
Familiarity with Epic Scheduling Systems.
Project Management Certification (PMP, Scrum Master, or similar) is a plus.
