Responsibilities
Facilitate Scrum ceremonies (daily stand-ups, sprint planning, sprint reviews, and retrospectives) to support productive team collaboration and Agile best practices.
Coach and guide teams on SAFe and Agile principles, helping them achieve high performance while ensuring alignment with SAFe practices.
Remove impediments and foster an environment of transparency and open communication, encouraging continuous improvement within the team.
Work with Product Owners to refine and maintain the product backlog, ensuring the team has a clear understanding of sprint goals and priorities.
Track and communicate team progress through velocity, burndown charts, and other relevant metrics, providing insights to the team and leadership for informed decision-making.
Coordinate with other Scrum Masters, Agile Release Train (ART) members, and stakeholders to align on dependencies, risks, and objectives.
Act as a servant leader, empowering the team to self-organize while offering guidance on Agile tools and methodologies.
Support the SAFe implementation, including participating in SAFe ceremonies such as PI Planning, Inspect & Adapt workshops, and System Demos.

Required
Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience.
3+ years of experience as a Scrum Master in an Agile environment, preferably within the SAFe framework.
Solid understanding of Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban) and SAFe practices, with demonstrated experience applying these frameworks effectively.
Experience working with Agile tools (e.g., JIRA, Rally, VersionOne).
Strong communication and facilitation skills with a focus on problem-solving and conflict resolution.
Certified SAFe Scrum Master (SSM) or SAFe Agilist (SA) is preferred, with a CSM or PSM certification as a plus.
Preferred
Experience in coaching teams to adopt and continuously improve Agile practices.
Experience in supply chain or logistics.
Familiarity with DevOps and Continuous Delivery practices.
Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional and distributed teams in a dynamic environment.
