Responsibilities

Execute SCA/DBA processes in a timely and efficient manner.
Research and respond to inquiries requiring a detailed or technical knowledge of SCA/DBA programs and/or processes.
Advise on making effective decisions that support engagement and comply with regulations and policy
Research contractual documents as related to required SCA/DBA supporting documentation.
Explains solutions, practices, and procedures to others within the organization.
Resolve SCA-related questions coming from Employees, Line Managers, Human Resources and Contracts (with escalation to management as necessary)

Required

Bachelor’s degree from an accredited university OR equivalent work experience combination with 2 years’ experience.
Advanced Excel skills
Strong analytical skills
Experience involving Government Contracts
Ability to communicate effectively both verbally and written
Excellent attention to details under tight deadlines
Ability to multi-task while managing competing priorities
Ability and willingness to solve challenges and complex issues working with minimal supervision
Maintain flexibility and positive attitude toward change

Preferred

Practical experience and knowledge of SCA and DBA principles or compliance
General knowledge of Wage Determination and FAR
Experience with Costpoint financial system, Oracle Analytics
Possess practical, independent judgment and self-confidence
Foundational knowledge of compliance, finance and Compensation related concepts
