Required
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to facilitate participant-directed decision-making
Knowledge of intellectual and developmental disabilities services
Experience in supports brokering or a related field (human services)
Understanding of person-centered planning principles
Empathetic and patient approach to working with individuals with disabilities
Preferred
Certification as a Supports Broker is preferred but if not, certification is available.
