Responsibilities
Analyze and interpret construction plans to determine the integration of PICKLETILE™'s fencing systems. Provide technical guidance to ensure seamless incorporation into existing or new court designs.
Develop detailed CAD files that accurately represent our glass and steel fencing systems, ensuring they fit within the specified construction parameters. Translate these design packs to our fabricator for precise manufacturing.
Offer expert advice on construction needs specific to pickleball courts, including the design and installation of footers, spot footers, and ring beams necessary for securing our systems.
Work closely with architects, contractors, and project managers to ensure that all engineering aspects of the project are fully understood and executed according to plan.
Oversee the technical quality of engineering designs, ensuring they meet industry standards and company specifications.
Continuously seek ways to improve and innovate the design and installation process of our fencing systems to enhance product performance and customer satisfaction.

Required
Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Civil Engineering, or a related field.
Minimum of 10 years of experience in mechanical engineering, with a focus on construction.
Proficiency in CAD software (e.g., AutoCAD, SolidWorks).
In-depth knowledge of construction processes, particularly in sports facility development.
Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
Ability to work effectively under tight deadlines and manage multiple projects.
Preferred
Experience with pickleball court construction is highly desirable.
