Sales Engineering Leader

Responsibilities
Grow, lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing team of sales engineers.
Act as a trusted technical advisor, leading product demonstrations and technical discussions.
Partner with sales, product, engineering, professional services, and marketing teams to ensure alignment with client needs and market demands.
Lead the design and delivery of tailored solutions, highlighting the value of the company's products and services.
Continuously identify and implement best practices for pre-sales processes, consultative selling, and efficiency improvements.
Set goals, track KPIs, and provide feedback and coaching to ensure team success.
Oversee ongoing training for the team on new products, industry trends, and client engagement techniques, ensuring they remain at the forefront of technical expertise.

Required
5+ years in sales engineering with at least 2 years in a leadership role.
Experience building and managing high-performing teams.
Strong understanding of SaaS products and the technical needs of clients.
Experience with APIs, file transfer protocols, and security practices.
Ability to engage directly with clients, understand their challenges, and create tailored solutions.
Proven track record of leading, mentoring, and coaching teams to success.
Demonstrated ability to develop people and processes.
Experience working cross-functionally with sales, product, and engineering teams to drive results.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, capable of explaining complex technical concepts in a simple, clear manner.
