Responsibilities

Lead creative innovation: Conceptualize and execute design solutions that strategically and creatively communicate our marketing and campaign initiatives.

Collaborate and inspire: Work closely with a dynamic team of art directors, designers, and copywriters to deliver creative guidelines and ensure quality and consistency at scale.

Drive projects from start to finish: Oversee the entire design process from initial concept to final production, ensuring each project exceeds expectations.

Engage stakeholders: Partner with key stakeholders across departments and within our Creative team to align on innovative solutions that delight customers and drive business success.

Evolve our brand: Push the boundaries of our brand by exploring unique ideas, production processes, and creative solutions.

Maintain visual excellence: Ensure consistency and quality across all work by sharing progress, providing thoughtful critique, and collaborating with brand designers, copywriters, partners, and leadership.

Execute with precision: Deliver high-quality, pixel-perfect designs for digital advertisements, website graphics, social media content, email templates, and print collateral.

Create impactful campaigns: Develop and execute creative concepts for marketing campaigns that align with our brand and strategic objectives.

Required

6+ years of experience in related art direction/design roles at agencies, studios or in-house.

A portfolio demonstrating robust conceptual and technical design skills across diverse deliverables.

Fluent with the Adobe Creative Suite & Figma.

Fluent in After Effects and other applicable motion software.

Experienced in creating compelling visuals across various brand touchpoints including digital experiences, performance marketing channels, social media content, OOH and more that elevate and evolves brand aesthetics.

Experienced in core design fundamentals including typography, composition, color theory, and brand guidelines with great attention to detail and consistency.

Proactivity, clear communicator and problem solver that can anticipate questions, independently assess solutions, and think critically and creatively.

Are supremely organized and exercise stellar time-management skills.

Confident and collaborative creator that inspires others to come together on a common goal.

Demonstrates exceptional initiative, attention to detail, and follow-through executed at a high level of craftsmanship.

Ability to thrive in a multifaceted, feedback-forward creative environment where tasks, priorities, and projects change rapidly.
