Responsibilities
Lead and manage the end-to-end implementation of Medicaid projects, ensuring alignment with business goals and regulatory requirements.
Develop comprehensive project plans, including timelines, milestones, risk assessments, and resource allocation.
Coordinate and collaborate with cross-functional teams, including operations, finance, compliance, and clinical departments, to ensure seamless project execution.
Monitor project progress, identify potential issues, and implement corrective actions to keep projects on track.
Communicate project status, updates, and key metrics to senior leadership and stakeholders.
Ensure all project deliverables meet quality standards and comply with state and federal Medicaid regulations.
Facilitate meetings, workshops, and training sessions to support project objectives and enhance team collaboration.
Prepare detailed reports, presentations, and documentation to support project goals and regulatory compliance.
Foster strong relationships with external partners, vendors, and stakeholders to support project success.

Required
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Healthcare Administration, a related field, or equivalent work experience.
Minimum of 7+ years of experience within project management, with a focus in Medicaid, Medicare, or Managed Care.
Proven track record of successfully managing large-scale, complex healthcare projects.
In-depth knowledge of Medicaid or Medicare regulations, policies, and procedures.
Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and motivate cross-functional teams.
Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to analyze data, interpret trends, and make informed decisions.
Proficiency in project management tools and software (i.e., Jira, Smartsheet, Microsoft Project, etc).
Preferred
PMP certification or equivalent is highly desirable, but not required.
