Responsibilities

Own key strategic customers during shop repair visits

Develop and lead business changes

Mentor other team members

Ensuring at Handoff from Regional Sales a clear understanding of as sold scope, budget, shipping and billing requirements

Leading all interactions and decisions with the Aero Alliance Risk Identification and Mitigation to schedule and budget

Manage Shipping process

Ensure costing validation and inputs to the billing process

Required

Bachelor's Degree from an accredited College or University, preferably in a technical or business degree.

Minimum of 5 years experience with Aeroderivative repairs and exchanges or equivalent

Ability and willingness to travel (~10%)

Preferred

Demonstrated project management skills and passion for Project Management.

Skilled at leading and influencing cross functional team members in a matrix organization.

Skilled Communicator; professional and tactful in oral and written communications with multiple GE functions/levels and with the Customer; applies good judgment on frequency and detail of communication.

Excellent planning and organizational skills.

Ability to set realistic objectives, accurately appraise situations, detect risks and issues, and collaborate with GE internal teams and customer to find win-win solutions.

Embraces and demonstrates sensitivity to culture of customer and internal team members.

Experience interpreting or applying Contract terms & conditions and binding agreements.

Understanding of GE financial processes, revenue recognition, costs, margin, and quarterly forecasting.

Direct customer-facing experience.
