Responsibilities

Manage and streamline daily operations, driving efficiency and effectiveness.

Act as Scrum Master, leading agile ceremonies like stand-ups, sprint planning, and retrospectives.

Oversee and optimize JIRA Boards to maintain backlog health and transparency.

Enhance operational processes and align them with GHW objectives and strategies.

Drive alignment with data governance standards, ensuring data quality and security.

Build strong relationships, manage dependencies, and communicate effectively.

Support teams, promoting continuous improvement and agile practices.

Required

5+ years in Project Management/Scrum Master roles, preferably within healthcare, well-being services, or digital.

Proficiency in JIRA, and agile methodologies (Mandatory)

Strong ability to guide teams, resolve conflicts, and drive a high-performance culture.

Deep understanding of service delivery, governance, and risk management best practices.

Proactive mindset to identify inefficiencies and implement effective solutions.

Ability to work in a fast-paced, cross-functional, and worldwide environment.

Advanced English proficiency (native preferred).

Bachelor’s degree in Business, IT, Project Management, or a related field.

CSM, PMP, PSM, or equivalent.

Preferred

Experience in the healthcare area is a plus.
