Responsibilities

Assists with recommending corrective actions and resolving issues within the software application.

Creates and executes test scripts for new system builds in a timely and effective manner.

Provides testing and documentation of workflows, data collection, end-user reports, and other technical issues related to applications, considering both vendor and internal stakeholder needs.

Creates, modifies, and tracks system builds efficiently.

Assists in regular system upgrades and maintenance.

Implements system updates and communicates changes to super users and end users.

Offers ongoing application support and end-user training for all relevant applications.

Engages, manages, and communicates with all stakeholders effectively.

Analyzes business issues, workflows, and requirements to synthesize key messages and solve problems.

Coordinates training materials and schedules for super users and end users, acting as a liaison between end users, subject matter experts, and the vendor implementation team.
