Responsibilities
Take ownership of the internal Donorbox Product Handbook, ensuring it is comprehensive and up-to-date
Collaborate with our Product Managers to gain a deep understanding of our product features
Thoroughly test Donorbox product features using our staging environments to ensure accurate documentation
Document all aspects of the Donorbox product in an organized and professional way
Create engaging training materials for customers and internal teams
Keep the Donorbox Knowledge Base current and informative
Lead live training sessions via video calls for team members

Required
2-5+ years of proven experience in product documentation, technical writing, or blogging
Strong command of English, including excellent spelling and grammar
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Excellent presentation skills for delivering training via video
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a data-driven approach
Skilled at simplifying complex ideas into clear, concise, and engaging educational content
Meticulous attention to detail in documenting information accurately
Ability to quickly learn and document new technologies
Good understanding of User Experience (UX)
Preferred
Experience in the tech industry
