Senior Director of Revenue Operations and Enablement

Responsibilities
Partner with the CFO and GTM leadership to define, develop, and measure GTM strategy execution.
Drive process excellence across sales, marketing, and customer experience functions, including CRM (Salesforce), CPQ, and Gainsight processes.
Lead the talent strategy to scale the Revenue Operations team effectively.
Define and develop reporting infrastructures for key KPIs across Marketing, Sales, Customer Success, and Support, building automated dashboards wherever possible and instilling rigorous review cadences.
Support GTM annual planning processes including ownership of account segmentation, capacity/ coverage modeling, territory mapping, compensation design, and quota setting.
Own the revenue enablement roadmap and guide your team to execute onboarding, upskilling, and ongoing systems/ process trainings to enhance field productivity.
Partner with Finance on reporting, pipeline reviews, forecasting, and commissions tracking/ payment.
Conduct whitespace analysis and provide strategic leverage to drive expansion in the Install Base clients.
Design, stand up, and execute a deal desk, providing consistent visibility to sales and executive leadership.
Ensure accurate and efficient pricing and quoting processes through CPQ systems.
Lead pricing operations to optimize strategies and improve profit margins.
Own the development and maintenance of business intelligence tools, including advanced analytics and dashboards to provide actionable insights into business performance.
Leverage artificial intelligence technologies to enhance go-to-market (GTM) insights, improve metric tracking, and streamline reporting processes, enabling more informed decision-making.
Manage and optimize GTM systems and infrastructure to support scalable growth.

Required
Bachelor's degree (BA/BS) is required
8-10+ years of experience in revenue operations, sales operations, or a similar role with at least 5 years in a leadership position
Experience in high-growth B2B SaaS
Deep expertise in GTM strategy, driving operational rigor, and CRM/ CPQ systems
Proven leadership in managing high-performing teams
Strong communication and executive presence
Proven track record of developing effective operational strategies that drive revenue growth
Track record of designing and implementing operational strategies that drive revenue growth
Experience with executive-level reporting and presentations in SaaS and growth-stage companies
Advanced proficiency in managing a GTM tech stack, with a focus on SFDC workflows, CPQ, and data hygiene
Experience implementing buyer-driven sales motions and value-based sales methodologies
Comfortability managing remote teams across multiple geos
Preferred
MBA or graduate degree is desirable
Direct SaaS selling experience a plus
BI experience a plus (Tableau, Looker, PowerBI)
