Responsibilities
To support the Retail Property Manager & the Retail Property team in facilitating the maintenance and administration of the property portfolio in N.A & the delivery of Showroom excellence across all our showrooms
Coordinate administration for all activities relating to NSO, refreshes and refits. Including;
Manage the critical path for new Showrooms and refits from store planning to execution in line with the global design specification.
Quality control through all property projects through works management, snagging and budgetary control.
Project manage all activities relating to new Showroom openings, refits and updates to ensure budgets and timelines are met.
Efficiently communicate with retail management in all project updates.
Manage documentation around key property projects to ensure clear responsibility matrix and global consistency.
Represent global retail with key business projects.
Work with all partners within the group to ensure that all Showroom operate as efficiently as possible in line with current optimisation procedures.
Work closely with the Health & Safety manager team to co-ordinate, document and action all H & S activity.
Support all Showroom maintenance and refurbishment works, to include liaison with 3rd party suppliers, communications, invoice tracking and business reporting.
Support Retail Property team with the smooth day to day running of the office, to include administration, budget delivery, contacts management and internal communications.
Co-ordinate distribution of stationary items for UK and EU showrooms and field sales teams.
Co-ordinate the roll-out of new product to Showrooms.
Maintaining key internal relationships, including Finance and Legal.
Ensuring H&S compliance throughout.
Administration and control using Capex process and IFS ERP system.

Required
Project management Experience
Experience of Commercial Operations Co-ordinator role
Experience in an operations or business support role
Proven organisational skills with the ability to meet deadlines
Ability to flag risks
Ability to work under pressure and prioritise
Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
Advanced I.T. competencies to include Excel, Word and PowerPoint. Use of other business systems and databases a distinct advantage
Ability to work both as part of a team and independently
Understanding and experience of retail operations and processes
Health & Safety knowledge an advantage
Experience of working with Commercial Property an advantage
