Responsibilities
Develop and execute go-to-market strategies for new products and feature enhancements, ensuring alignment with company goals.
Create compelling product positioning, messaging, and value propositions that resonate with target customer segments, including foodservice operators, retailers, and manufacturers.
Partner with the product team to deeply understand product roadmaps, translating features into customer benefits that drive adoption and retention.
Collaborate with sales and customer experience teams to develop sales enablement materials, including presentations, case studies, battle cards, and demo scripts.
Conduct market research and competitive analysis to stay informed on industry trends and competitor positioning.
Work closely with content marketing and demand generation teams to drive integrated campaigns that promote products and increase brand visibility.
Serve as a subject matter expert for the company's products, providing training and support to internal teams as needed.
Develop thought leadership content that highlights the company’s market position and expertise.
Track the voice of the customer (VOC) through feedback loops and surveys, reporting key insights internally to guide product development and externally to showcase customer-centric innovation.

Required
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field; an MBA is a plus.
5+ years of experience in B2B product marketing, preferably within the food and beverage, SaaS, or data/analytics industries.
Experience with market research and competitive analysis.
Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and work cross-functionally in a fast-paced environment.
Proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint.
You approach challenges with a positive attitude, think creatively, and aren't afraid to push boundaries to find new solutions.
You're an exceptional communicator, both in writing and speaking, able to simplify complex data and craft compelling messages.
You possess strong analytical skills, using data to guide decisions and ensuring choices are backed by solid insights.
You are naturally curious about new technology and pick up new skills quickly.
You are a highly collaborative team player.
Preferred
Proficiency in marketing automation tools (e.g., Hubspot), CRM systems (e.g., WordPress), and project management tools is a plus.
