Responsibilities
High-volume outbound calls to current members of 100+ per day.
Will be calling to conduct surveys with members and record their feedback.
White Glove Is An Outreach Campaign Focused On Providing Support To The High-CAHPS Risk Members, Identified Using Our Enterprise Analytics’ V2 CAHPS Predictive Model.
White Glove Agents Assess Member’s Needs And Offers Help Resolving Issues Related To Access to care, Care coordination, Access to medication, Social determinants of health (SDoH).

Required
1 year of recent call center/customer support experience
Proven reliability & good attendance
Technology skills, Aka – Computer Literacy skills, Microsoft Word and Excel are important to have had experience with
MUST HAVE A DEDICATED QUIET AREA
HIGH-SPEED Internet – Must be able to hardwire as well if needed
High School Diploma or GED
Preferred
Healthcare and/or outbound call center experience is a plus!
Someone who speaks well and can be reliable and an independent worker.
