Responsibilities
Performance Marketing Strategy & Execution Plan: In close cooperation with the executive team, create the strategy and the execution plan that align with business objectives and drives growth.
Digital Campaigns and Acquisition: Plan and execute all digital acquisition activities using ads platforms, including social media, display advertising campaigns, PPC, programmatic, etc. Manage budget and campaigns across all digital channels. Ensure optimization for key traffic metrics by closely monitoring cost-per-acquisition (CPA), click-through rates (CTR), and conversion rates.
Performance Marketing Expertise: Stay up-to-date with the latest marketing trends and techniques, and implement them as appropriate. This includes: - planning and creating A/B test campaigns to optimize performance. - monitoring landing pages and improving website elements and performance, - monitoring and optimizing the mobile app performance, - overseeing the SEO team, track and evaluate their performance, and - maximizing the performance of the company’s own content across newsletters, blogs, and social media channels in close cooperation with the Content Strategist and PR Manager.
Budget Management and Reporting: Create and manage project budgets, monitor financial performance, and prepare reports to summarize project status and results.

Required
Prior experience in a similar role and a proven track record of growing performance, including measurable user acquisition, quantifiable improvements in ROI and cost per conversion (CPA) across all channels.
Prior experience in B2C businesses, preferably e-commerce.
Excellent analytical skills to leverage metrics, analytics, and consumer behavior trends to drive actionable insights and recommendations.
