Responsibilities
Drive the full sales cycle from prospecting to closing, including participating in RFPs from prospective customers
Cultivate and strengthen strategic partnerships within the Benefit Broker channel
Engage with prospects to understand their HR and payroll challenges
Act cross-functionally with Marketing and Partnerships to uncover new lead sources
Skillfully delivering web-based (Teams) and in-person presentations
Working closely with a team of BDRs to provide strategic direction and feedback
Be a strategic advisor and provide consultative guidance on InComm and the consumer directed market place emphasizing best practices as customers build and scale their applications

Required
5+ years of full-cycle sales experience particularly in the HR Tech, HRIS/HCM software, Benefits industry or services
Expertise in Benefit Broker Channels
Strong business acumen and understanding of Benefits and payroll processes
Experience selling into the Benefits and Human Resource teams including direct contact with Benefits Managers, Directors, and VP’s
Demonstrated ability to navigate and close deals with mid-market and enterprise clients.
