Responsibilities
Follow policies and procedures on how to communicate with potential clients in the most effective manner, including ethical sales guidelines.
Skillfully convert potential clients to paid consultations.
Collect information about the potential client and the matter they are seeking help with.
Demonstrate empathy and compassion for their concerns.
Convey the value of the firm’s services.
Follow up with all potential new client leads and post-consult leads using multiple methods of communication.
Track referral sources, weekly metrics, lead communications, trends, the success of marketing campaigns.

Required
Minimum of 2 years experience selling services valued at $300 or more.
Ability to quickly learn and integrate information about family-based immigration, the firm’s services, mission, core values, and ethical sales techniques.
The ideal candidate will speak Spanish.
Adaptable, readily coached and trained, with a passion for people.
