Responsibilities
Lead the design, implementation, and optimization of SAP S/4HANA integration with Salesforce, as well as other internal and external systems, using SAP Cloud Platform Integration (CPI) and related technologies.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including business stakeholders, technical architects, and project managers, to gather integration requirements and define solution architecture.
Develop and configure CPI interfaces, ensuring robust error handling, monitoring, and performance optimization.
Leverage CPI’s capabilities to integrate S/4HANA with other cloud-based systems, on-premise solutions, and third-party applications, including but not limited to Salesforce, CRM, and ERP platforms.
Perform end-to-end testing of integration scenarios and troubleshoot issues in collaboration with technical teams to ensure seamless execution.
Provide expertise on SAP integration best practices, solution architecture, and integration patterns for scalable and maintainable systems.
Create and maintain comprehensive technical documentation, including integration specifications, design documents, and test plans.
Manage and mentor junior consultants, providing guidance on technical approaches, best practices, and client interaction.
Oversee and deliver on project milestones, ensuring high-quality solutions are delivered on time and within scope.
Stay updated on the latest SAP S/4HANA, Salesforce, and CPI developments and continuously improve skills and knowledge to bring innovation to projects.

Required
Minimum 5-8 years of hands-on experience in SAP CPI, including multiple successful integration projects involving SAP S/4HANA and Salesforce or other major CRM/ERP systems.
Strong expertise in SAP Cloud Platform Integration (CPI) tools and technologies.
Extensive knowledge of SAP S/4HANA, Salesforce, and integration patterns.
Proficiency in designing and configuring integration flows, mapping, transformation, and troubleshooting.
Strong understanding of web services (SOAP, REST), EDI, and other integration protocols.
Demonstrated experience delivering end-to-end integration solutions across multiple projects in dynamic, fast-paced environments.
Proven ability to interact with both technical and non-technical stakeholders, providing clear explanations of complex technical concepts.
Experience mentoring junior consultants and leading integration teams, including resource allocation, task management, and quality assurance.
A degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field.
Preferred
SAP Certified Development Associate - SAP Cloud Platform Integration, Salesforce Integration Specialist, or equivalent certifications.
Hands-on experience with other cloud technologies such as Azure or AWS.
Familiarity with Agile methodologies and tools such as Jira for project management and task tracking.
