Responsibilities
Assisting all partners with assigned tasks
Scheduling meetings
Handling company inquiries
Typing labels
Mailing packages via FedEx
Trips to the US Post Office
Various errands for office
Executing miscellaneous data entry
Organizing and scanning of tax return documents
Paging and delivery of tax returns
Logout of projects
Electronic filing of returns
Client setup
Binder rollforwards
Financial statement footings and PDF creation
Execution of engagement letters
Coordination and communication with the overall Admin team on any tasks/projects as needed
Attention to detail; thoroughness, self-check assignments
High standard for accuracy; conscientious work ethic
Other duties as assigned

Required
Professional presence and demeanor
Ability to use MS Word, Excel, and Outlook (mail and calendar functions)
Ability to learn and use industry specific software as needed
Working knowledge of all office equipment
Typing speed – 30 wpm
Alpha/Numeric filing ability
Positive outgoing attitude and always willing to help administrative team members
Demonstrate efficient and effective time management skills and strong ability to multi-task and prioritize work with superior attention to detail
Ability to work independently with little supervision
Familiarity with the following: accounting, vendor relationships, computer/technology literate, basic data entry, fundamental math skills (addition, subtraction, multiplication, and division)
