Responsibilities

Be familiar with aircraft publications, including but not limited to, aircraft maintenance manuals, illustrated parts catalogs, training, and flight manuals.
Existing relationships within the aviation/aerospace industry could be leveraged for potential business growth.
Understand the sales process and the necessary steps required to identify new opportunities, nurture them, and effectively close with resulting purchase orders.
Understand how to sell services, NOT a product.
Must be able to build relationships and work to deliver solutions based on client pain points.
Be a motivated, enthusiastic, self-starter, obsessed with winning and company growth.
Be a proficient client advocate and communicator with the ability to anticipate client needs, understand program schedules, and deliver creative solutions that win new business.
Capable of summarizing client requirements to internal and external teams, even when they aren't clearly defined or provided by the client.
Critical thinking is a MUST.
Accustomed to meeting monthly, quarterly, and annual sales quotas.
Experienced with Deltek Vantagepoint or similar CRM is a plus.

Required

5 + years of relevant work-related experience - Selling services in Aviation/Aircraft.
US Citizenship required.

Preferred

Bachelor's degree preferred.
Experienced with Deltek Vantagepoint or similar CRM.
