Responsibilities
Manages office resource lists, creates filing systems, manages file storage, and other office functions as needed.
Establishes and maintains office resources in coordination with program entities in the Region.
Conducts and supports program research, analyzes program data and processes to report on the benefits of resources and technology to improve administrative efficiency.
Assists in developing and planning projects in alignment with the WB's Agency Management Plan (AMP).
Assists in planning and coordinating, events, meetings, and workshops that promote program initiatives and future projects.
Utilizes outreach tools, PowerPoint presentations, talking points, speeches, short messages that can be used for tweets.
Conducts public speaking and communicates one-on-one, and in group settings. Presents recommendations to public and private stakeholders such as businesses, nonprofit organizations, and Federal, state, and local government officials of the need and desirability of changes in programs, policies, and procedures.
Assists in developing decision memos, performance work statements, statement of objectives, and other related documents.
Prepares reports on activities and trends relating to WB program areas in support of Departmental goals.
Composes written official documents, memorandum, and letters.
Utilizes e-government tools and software, such as Microsoft Word applications including, Excel, PowerPoint, Internet, databases such as Salesforce, and other research tools.
Builds and maintains strong, mutual relationships and keeping open lines of communication with key stakeholders.
Assists the RA with the development of WB outreach and stakeholder engagements activities/plans.
Serves as a Contracting Officers Representative (COR) responsible for providing technical guidance to assure that the technical scope and terms of the contract are met.

Required
Must be at least 16 years old and a U.S. Citizen.
Candidate required to obtain the necessary security/investigation level.
Requires a probationary period if the requirement has not been met.
One year of specialized experience (demonstrated in the resume), equivalent to at least the GS-07 grade level, in the Federal service.
Education must be in a field related to the position.
If you wish to use your education as a basis for meeting the minimum qualification requirements, you must submit academic transcripts from an accredited institution demonstrating that you meet the qualifying education.
If your education was completed at a foreign college or university, you must show comparability to education received in accredited educational institutions in the United States.
Preferred
Executing administrative responsibilities such as, organizing and compiling stakeholder information, maintaining contact lists, documenting data for reports, monitoring equipment and supplies, and managing files and databases.
Building professional relationships with stakeholders and ensuring open lines of communication.
Assisting in the planning and coordination of events, meetings, and workshops.
Conducting research to identify issue areas and emerging trends.
