Responsibilities

Troubleshoot complex technical issues related to hardware, software, and connectivity across various platforms and devices

Manage and maintain Active Directory, including group policies, OU structures, and advanced configurations

Manage full lifecycle of firm’s hardware and software, including setup, upgrades, and refresh

Administer and support M365 services, including Exchange, SharePoint, and Teams

Image and deploy PCs using industry-standard tools and practices

Collaborate with administrative team to address IT needs and support software deployments

Monitor and respond to helpdesk tickets in a timely and efficient manner

Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance the IT support function

Document and maintain IT processes and procedures

Required

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field (or equivalent experience)

3-5 years of experience in enterprise or military IT environments

Strong knowledge of Active Directory and M365 administration

Experience with automation and scripting (PowerShell, Python, etc.)

Proficiency with tools like Microsoft SCCM, Intune, VPNs, MDM, and ITSM systems

Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail

Strong communication skills, both written and verbal

Ability to work independently and as part of a team

IT certifications such as CompTIA A+ and Microsoft Certified: Azure Fundamentals (required)

Preferred

Certifications for Azure administration, AI or Development
