Responsibilities

Define and implement a vertical-specific Go-To-Market plan aligned with company objectives.
Develop industry-specific sales plays and tailor solutions to meet market needs.
Collaborate with product, strategy, and solutions teams to create reusable assets.
Hold and achieve revenue influence targets by driving strategic initiatives.
Support sales teams in high-impact pitches with industry expertise and insights.
Identify and nurture key opportunities within the retail and ecommerce sector.
Drive industry-specific lead generation in collaboration with Sales Development Representatives (SDRs) and Growth Marketing teams.
Track, report, and analyze demand generation performance to optimize strategies.
Implement initiatives to improve lead quality and conversion rates.
Stay updated on industry trends, challenges, and competitive landscape.
Share insights and best practices internally to strengthen the team's knowledge base.
Act as a spokesperson for the company in industry forums and client engagements.
Work closely with internal teams to ensure alignment of GTM strategies with overall business goals.
Provide market feedback to product and solutions teams for continuous improvement.
Participate in industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities to enhance brand visibility.

Required

Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field; MBA is a plus.
Minimum of 7-10 years of experience in Gaming sectors.
Proven track record in developing and executing GTM strategies.
Experience holding revenue targets and influencing sales outcomes.
Deep understanding of retail and ecommerce industry dynamics.
Strong strategic thinking and analytical skills.
Excellent communication and presentation abilities.
Proficient in collaborating with cross-functional teams.
Results-driven with a proactive approach to problem-solving.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
Strong leadership qualities with the ability to influence without direct authority.
