Responsibilities
Remotely resolve issues or outages for customers
Create and revise internal documentation, explaining in detail, troubleshooting or preventative maintenance procedures
Remotely support the Field Service Team on technology installations by providing world class service to our customers

Required
Must be currently enrolled at time of internship in an undergraduate or graduate technology program or a similar program
Ability to work 16 hours per week
Ability to troubleshoot hardware and software issues remotely
Able to collaborate with a team
Excellent customer service skills
