Required
Proven track record in B2B sales, especially insurance or benefits
Strong prospecting and relationship-building capabilities
Self-motivated with ability to work independently
Knowledge of benefits administration / HR management
Goal-oriented and competitive mindset focused on meeting and exceeding sales targets
