Responsibilities

Drives the QA vision and testing strategy for LinOS

Responsible for definition, planning and execution of testing efforts

Ensures that testers and automation engineers are trained in QA best practices

Provides high-level direction for manual and automated test strategy across multiple software components in an Agile environment

Defines and documents quality assurance procedures

Adhere to all company policies and procedures including safety

Leads numerous teams of software testers and automation engineers

Travel domestically and occasionally internationally up to 50% of the time

Required

Bachelor’s degree in Software Engineering or equivalent work experience

5+ years of experience managing QA teams

8+ years of Quality Engineering and/or Test Engineering experience, handling full product life cycles

Hands-on experience with planning, designing, executing tests and expertise in performance testing

Experience implementing and maintaining quality test automation for both mobile and web applications

Knowledge of industry standard test automation tools & automation frameworks

Knowledge of node.js, Java, .NET, Python, C# or equivalent coding language

Working experience in JIRA

Experience with supply chain software a plus

Possess a willingness to be coached and proactively seek feedback

Handle multiple assignments / projects simultaneously

Properly set priority and order for work

Work in a fast-paced, agile environment

Ask for help and provide it to others

Understand your skills and your talents and apply them appropriately

Learn and apply new technologies and business concepts

Maintain personal accountability for getting things done on time and with quality results

Demonstrate excellent verbal and written communication skills including the ability to explain technical concepts to business leaders and other non-technical teammates
