Responsibilities
Lead and manage commercial property restoration projects from scope to completion.
Work closely with operations, sales, marketing, and management to drive reconstruction projects after fire, water, and storm damage.
Build and maintain relationships with clients, insurance adjusters, and industry stakeholders.
Develop detailed, accurate scopes and estimates for various property damage events.
Support project managers by providing estimates on change orders and ensuring profitability and accuracy of project files.
Contribute to marketing and business development strategies to grow and maintain a client base.

Required
Experience in project leadership with a background in commercial property restoration
Ability to manage multiple projects
Strong skills in building client relationships
Experience in creating precise estimates
Detail-oriented approach to managing property damage restoration projects
Ability to lead on-site disaster recovery efforts
Experience in developing detailed, accurate scopes and estimates for property damage events
Ability to support project managers with estimates on change orders
