Responsibilities

Drive content marketing strategies to attract and retain customers by creating valuable content.

Manage digital marketing execution for web presence enhancement.

Standardize event execution across geographies with appropriate branding and content.

Develop customer segmentation and funnel management in collaboration with the Community team.

Manage multiple marketing programs simultaneously through cross-functional collaboration.

Identify marketing asset needs, manage asset creation process from ideation to execution.

5-8 overall years of experience in the field.

Over 4 years of experience leading multi-disciplinary teams independently.

Proficient in project management and problem-solving.

Ability to navigate ambiguity and demonstrate executive presence.

Strong influential skills with experience in education preferred.

Excellent cross-team collaboration and consensus-building abilities.

Proven track record of managing concurrent programs from planning to implementation stages.

Experience in project management, resource planning, and results analysis.

Strong organizational skills with a solution-oriented approach.

Exceptional business communication, writing, and interpersonal skills.
