Responsibilities
Foster culture of service excellence. Identify best practices and inspire innovative solutions that drive access to equitale, high quality and cost-efficient care that delivers better outcomes for individuals and populations.
Support the development and execution of new and enhanced value-based purchasing models and contracts.
Serve as key advisor for enterprise initiatives and executive decision-making. Provide research, data driven analytical and consultive support to inform strategy.
Partner with Information Technology to design comprehensive data analytics platform. Provide vision and subject matter expertise for scalable, tech-enabled workflows and dashboards which build and enhance analytic capabilities.
Collaborate with operational leaders to develop, implement, and monitor meaningful metrics to demonstrate quality and value of services, as well as identify opportunities for quality improvement.
Deliver regular, timely, and actionable data analysis to generate insight and drive measurable data-informed quality improvement, inclusive of core industry measures, fidelity and accreditation standards, and value-based purchasing metrics.
Develop and direct quality improvement initiatives and employ systematic methodologies of performance and process improvement to improve service quality and outcomes of consumer care.
Develop and manage a comprehensive, highly reliable quality improvement program in support of the organizations’ mission of providing, and demonstrating, exceptional care. Ensure that quality improvement goals are aligned and support enterprise strategy goals and priorities.
Provide leadership and oversight to the strategic development and implementation of the enterprise quality plan, with responsibility for planning, organizing, and directing Quality Improvement resources and infrastructure required to support those services.
Proven experience in building, developing, and growing high performing Quality Improvement teams that achieve desired outcomes and strategic objectives. Foster a learning culture that further develops knowledge and skills that support the greater use of data analytics, change management and Lean Six Sigma Principles.
Facilitate partnerships and meaningful collaborations with stakeholders, both internal and external to Merakey, in advancement and support of strategic and quality objectives.

Required
Bachelor’s Degree in Human Service Field.
At least 5 years in Quality Improvement or Performance Management is required.
At least 5 years of supervisory/managerial experience.
Preferred
Master’s preferred in Healthcare, Public Health or Social Sciences.
