Pricing, ordering and contracting with customers for AT&T services.
System knowledge of various AT&T systems including Salesforce, Docviewer, MyPrice, etc.
Product knowledge of AT&T products including ADI, ADE, ASE, ASEoD, and Legacy B services.
Be US based
Follow issues until resolution, engage other departments as necessary, and be a champion for status reports back to the customer.
