Responsibilities
Analyze user requests and design testing environments to meet business requirements.
Develop and maintain detailed work plans, schedules, project estimates, and status reports.
Perform code analysis to verify requirements and validate test results.
Create scripts to support web service testing and execute test cases for functional and performance testing.
Work closely with SQA Leaders to provide feedback on work direction and prioritize tasks.
Provide training, mentoring, and coaching on software testing processes and tools to team members.
Oversee defect management, reporting, and testing documentation, including test plans, test results, and metrics.
Prepare and deliver weekly status reports to management.
Collaborate with SQA Test Leaders to develop and execute comprehensive test plans across software testing disciplines.
Stay current on emerging software testing tools, methodologies, and technology trends.
Assist SQA Leaders and IT Management in organizing testing-related information for effective project reporting.
Continuously improve technical and personal skills to maintain high performance and technical proficiency.

Required
5+ years of experience in testing business web applications and complex business applications.
5+ years of experience using the OpenText Testing Tools Suite (ALM, UFT, LoadRunner/Performance Center, and SiteScope).
5+ years of experience with analytical thinking, actionable test result communication, and problem resolution.
5+ years of experience coding scripts for web service testing.
5+ years of experience in analyzing code for requirements verification and validating test results.
5+ years of experience collaborating with SQA leaders for direction and feedback.
Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science or a related field.
Test automation: 5 years (Required)
Web Service Testing: 5 years (Required)
Preferred
Business Application Testing: 5 years (Preferred)
Open Text Testing Tools: 5 years (Preferred)
