Responsibilities
Growth Marketing Strategy: Develop, execute, and optimize mobile marketing campaigns focused on driving user acquisition, engagement, and retention.
Performance Optimization: Monitor and adjust CPA and ROAS metrics to maximize campaign efficiency and ROI. Continually test and improve campaign elements to ensure peak performance.
Vendor Negotiation: Act as the primary point of contact with mobile ad vendors, negotiating terms, securing optimal pricing, and maintaining strategic partnerships.
Data-Driven Insights: Leverage data analytics to track campaign performance, uncover insights, and adjust strategies to meet and exceed KPIs.
Collaboration: Work closely with the product, analytics, and creative teams to align campaign efforts with overall business goals.
Market Analysis: Stay up to date on mobile marketing trends, competitor activities, and industry developments to maintain a competitive edge. Strong understanding of mobile marketing ecosystem, including app stores, ad networks, and analytics platforms.

Required
Experience with Mobile Marketing Tools like AppsFlyer, Branch, AppLovin, Tapjoy, Meta, Google etc.
Proficiency in data analysis and interpretation to measure campaign success.
Excellent understanding of user behavior on mobile devices.
Creative thinking and writing to develop engaging mobile marketing campaigns.
Strong communication and collaboration skills to work with cross-functional teams.
Proven experience in mobile growth marketing with a focus on performance metrics like CPA and ROAS.
Strong negotiation skills and experience working directly with mobile vendors.
Data-driven mindset with proficiency in analytics tools and experience in A/B testing and campaign optimization.
Advanced MSFT skills re Excel, pivot tables, VLOOKUP etc.
Excellent project management and communication skills.
Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Business, or a related field.
