Required
3+ years of experience in a similar role with an accounting firm
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting
Extensive knowledge in Tax preparation for mid to high earning individuals and businesses
Proficient in preparing and reviewing most types of federal and state tax returns (income, payroll, sales, etc.)
Must be knowledgeable in QuickBooks, & Microsoft Office.
High attention to detail and problem-solving skills
Strong verbal and written communications skills
Desire to learn and grow professionally on your area of expertise
Ability to work 50-55 hours a week from January to April
Preferred
Preferably a licensed CPA
Experience using CCH Access/tax software experience a plus
Tax Preparation in a Public Accounting environment: 5 years
Quickbooks Desktop: 4 years
Quickbooks Online: 4 years
