Responsibilities
Provide leadership and day to day direction to Enterprise Field Account Executives- including pipeline and performance management, accurate CRM tracking and reporting, customer portfolio management, driving the individual sellers (and the team) towards assigned revenue growth and quota attainment
Develop strategies and market plans as well as identify new and relevant product/service offerings within assigned territory with emphasis on growing our Zones’ IT Professional and Managed Service offerings to new and existing buying accounts within the healthcare vertical
Foster and empowered a highly effective team with a focus on aligning efforts with business results via remote and also traveling to meet with FAE territories weekly to provide in person leadership strategy.
Develop meaningful business relationships with client prospects and business partners at the executive level to create awareness and understanding of brand and capabilities
Apply knowledge of the technology resale and solution provider industry and market trends to identify key prospects, maximize industry partnerships and attend various networking events to advance this aim

Required
BA in Business or a related field
15+ years total sales experience, including 4+ years in a leadership role
VAR/Channel sales experience strongly preferred; OEM sales experience ok if percentage included channel sales
