Responsibilities
Drive hiring outcomes for a single or multiple talent ecosystems to meet hiring demand.
Act as a subject-matter expert and trusted advisor to business leaders on talent and sourcing needs.
Develop and execute sourcing strategies to identify and attract top talent, leveraging various channels including online platforms, employee referrals, and recruiting events.
Build and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified candidates, ensuring diversity and representation.
Screen candidates and conduct initial assessments to determine fit.
Collaborate with recruiting partners and hiring managers to co-create hiring strategy and manage candidates.
Utilize data and metrics to track progress, identify trends, and improve sourcing effectiveness.
Contribute to and drive prioritized project work, selecting appropriate methods to address sourcing needs.
Champion diversity, equity, and inclusion throughout the hiring process.
Mentor and guide junior team members.

Required
10+ years of experience in technical sourcing, preferably in a fast-paced technology environment.
Deep understanding of the Machine Learning/AI domain and related talent pools.
Proven track record of success in sourcing and engaging passive technical candidates.
Strong knowledge of sourcing tools and techniques.
Ability to build relationships with stakeholders at all levels.
Data-driven and results-oriented.
Preferred
Prior experience with Greenhouse ATS
Prior experience with GEM CRM
